Hi,
After I completed the solution provided in one of the Symantec article, my PM process has broke down and is not creating any PM tickets in my DEV environment. Not sure if it was somewhere related to the solution provided or this a new issue that has come up.
I get below message in the error logs:

Message :
Exception at Run method with message :Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=utf-8', but expected 'text/xml'.
To add, PM tickets are not getting created from either using the link "Create or Associate to a Problem" available under "Escalation Tools" of "Tasks and Actions" section or by submitting a new Problem directly.
Kindly advise.
