I need a solution
I am looking for the ability to search for incidents not just on their title, description, process number but every field in the database e.g. Assigned queue, Status, Priority - The standard stuff..
There's a bunch of workflow components for searching incident but I don't seem to be able to find descriptions of what these do, while they don;t seem to be able to search on criteria for specific fields. If I create custom database extensions I can generate a search component where I can search on individual fields. Where is the equivalent for the base Incident data?
