I want to create a custom report in ServiceDesk to list only particular queues. When I try to use the Incidents/Assigned Queue option I can't get multiple queues to work. What is the correct syntax to use there to display multiple queues? For example, I have 15 queues and I want a report that shows me 2 queues out of the 30 named Default queue and SD Change Queue. I've tried the followins syntax and each time i get zero results:
Default queue;SD Change Queue
'Default queue''SD Change Queue'
"Default queue""SD Change Queue"
"Default queue";"SD Change Queue"
