Symantec ServiceDesk 7.5

Hi All,

I am looking for some best practice documents for ServiceDesk 7.5. I need to start a poject for the same. But I have no idea about this product,what is it and how it works. please help with some basic documents/Videos and best practice guide (with screenshots) which will help me for completing the project smoothely. Please.
