I need a solution
Dear all,
Every time we want to send an email from a ticket, we get an error. I have checked the settings for our mailaccount in Office365 and they are as follows:
smtp server: smtp.office365.com
port: 587
TSL
how do I enter this in the service desk settings as there is no box to fill out the portnumber or the encryption method? It just says "SMTP server"
I thought that you could add the portnumber by using a colon, but this does not seem to be working.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
