I need a solution
I have a question regarding permissions on knowledge base articles. I have created several Article Root Categories so that each team that uses ServiceDesk can maintain their own KBs. We want to keep them seperate and set permissions so that only their desired target audience can view the KBs in their category.
I created the categories and set the permissions for each as necessary. When new articles are created and assigned to their given category during approval, they do not inherit the permissions of their category. Assuming this is "by design". Is there a way to easily manage the permission on them so that I don't have to monitor for new articles and micro manage assigning permissions for each?
