I need a solution
This question is two fold. The first is a result of me trying to fix the second.
I was troubleshooting an issue with users not able to click the "Open Documents" button in an IM ticket. So i was on the Pages List screen and selected the Documents page and i clicked Edit page and i unchecked "Show in Menu". How do i get this action undone? Currently the Pages List shows no sign of the Documents page.
My end goal is to allow users to click the button on an IM ticket called "Open Documents" in the Incident Attachments area, but I do not want the Documents Tab to show as a page for the users. We try to keep the number of tabs across the top low. We currently get the following error
